I know I'm a little late, but I wanted to congratulate all my students on the incredible amount of practice they have been doing. We had a practice contest that lasted 2 months. During that time, my students practiced over 250 hours! That is amazing!!! I am so proud of all their hard work. I just hope they keep it up even without prizes involved.
I also wanted to remind everyone of my summer piano schedule. I will teach only Tuesdays and Wednesdays, all day. I try to make sure siblings can come together. It is first come first serve for my schedule, so make sure you get with me soon to pick your day and time. I also require every student to come at least half the summer in order to guarantee your spot in the fall. I understand that there are vacations (I will be taking the first and third week in July off), but I also know how important it is for their piano playing to come as often as possible. Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be taking any time off.
Last but not least, our recital is coming up. May 5th at 6:30 at Glenwood Gardens. I can't wait to hear my students perform. It's one of my favorite things as a teacher.
Thank you for being such amazing piano students and parents. I am so blessed to be able to do what a love for a job. I couldn't do it without you!
